I appreciate that the author is trying to help people change their lives for the better, however, this book is really short and only says things that are so self explanatory that it goes without says..."drink water" "smile" It did not have any appreciable changes that people can actually use to make changes in your life. It it wasn't free I would have felt cheated.

It's incredible how small, simple actions, that take you, literally, 15 minutes or less can have such an impact on the quality of your life! This book does a great job at helping you with the first steps to an amazing life!
Overall I liked the book. Not all of the tips are new but the author includes some really interesting tips like -"pay the toll fee for the car behind" and some questionable ones like-"keep the change" not sure about that one.

This was free for the so I decided to check it out. Most of the "life changing habits" listed aren't even habits - just things like "Stop eating junk food" or "Be interested in investing." Really? Also, the 5- and 4-star reviews here appear to be fake. Classy.
